Background of Directors |
Mr. Simon Lui is the managing director who has many years experience in professional auditing and taxation and financial consultancy services. Mr. Lui has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Major in Accounting), and is a FCPA (Practising) of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("HKICPA"). He is also a member of American Institute of Certified Pubic Accountants, a member of the Taxation Institue of Hong Kong ("TIHK") and The Society of Chinese Accountants & Auditors. Mr. Lui was a group leader in an audit firm and subsequently, jointed Kwan Wong Tang & Fong, CPA (now known as Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu). Later on, he opened his own firm in January 1995.
Ms. Louisa Cheng, the other director of the Firm, is a CPA (Practising) of HKICPA and is also a CPA (Aust.). Ms. Cheng has a Master of Commerce (Accounting) from University of Sydney (Australia). She has many years experience in professional auditing, taxation and financial consultancy services. After her graduation from University of Canberra with bachelor degree in Accounting, she jointed Kwan Wong Tang & Fong, CPA (now known as Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu) before joining Coopers & Lybrand, CPA (now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers) Afterwards, she jointed an audit firm as a manager for several years before establishing her own firm. She had been audit-in-charge with a number of listed companies, both in Hong Kong and in PRC, multinational companies and had been involved with limited review cases.
